We are looking for a quality long term rental property in Greymouth, minimum 3 bedrooms + office.
There are three of us - my husband and I, and our one year old son, plus our small dog. We have rented in Greymouth for the last three years so can provide excellent references, including one for our well behaved pooch.
We are looking for a fixed term tenancy of at least two years, possibly more. Ideally fenced and with a double garage. We have rental propery ourselves so would treat your place like our own.
Perhaps somebody might look at taking their property off the market and renting it out for two years until the market conditions improve.
