I'm looking for a rental property for myself (37), my 18 month old daughter and a 3 year old chocolate labrador. Will go anywhere within Northern Suburbs. Am completely reliable and have owned my own home for last 9 years, but due to marriage breakdown need to rent. Dog completely house trained, rarely barks and does not chew (unless you're a tennis ball), will definitely not damage house at all. Willing to provide bond to ensure this. Will consider anything.
