Family wanting to rent a 3 - 4 bedroom house long term in Johnsonville. Needs to have outdoor space for children. We are relocating from Napier and wish to move to Johnsonville due to the schooling for children. Looking to take up tenancy late Sept early Oct. May pay up to $500 per week for the ideal home. Currently home owners so would would be careful and respectful tenants. Maintaining gardens and lawns is not a problem for us.
