2 small dogs, a cat and a divorce and I am worried about finding another nice home. Currently happily renting in Otaki and not desperately urgent but finding the commute a bit long, I want to find somewhere in the Tawa to Kapiti area, preferably Porirua to Plimmerton.
It needs to have two bedrooms minimum, a reasonably secure yard for the dogs, and preferably polished floors or lino as I am allergic to dustmite in carpet. Id like an alarm to protect the home when I am at work. All of these things are negotiable and I might be happy to do something about them at my own expense.
Prefer lease until at least end July 2010. I can pay three months rent in advance for the right home. Great relationships with current and previous landlords, with the pets.
