2 Full time working (best friends) adults (1 self employed, 1 in banking business) 2 children and 1 on the way (hence needing a new house). References available. Never missed a rent payment. We are responsible, reliable, trustworthy and respectful. We maintain the property we stay in (gardening, cleaning etc). Prefer heat pump or fireplace as one is asthmatic. Garage very much required. We also have 2 lovely cats (outside toileted!) and a wee little fish. Also require a bath (for the kiddies) and decent water pressure is preferred.
4 bedroom plus study is ok, or 4 plus sleepout with bathroom even better!
Understandably the health of the children is priority and we need a warm, dry house.
Willing to sign 3 month trial period with view to continue longer. Up to $500 depending on suitibility.
