WANTED House with rent to buy option

WARNING: There have been a few scammers asking to be paid through Western Union for bond. Do not pay a cent until you have physically been inside the rental property and made sure it's legitimate.

We are interested in renting to buy a property either in Te Awamutu or surrounding areas rural is preferred as we have a large family. We require a 3 bedroom house with sleepout or a 4 bedroom house hopefully with a nice little piece of land for our children to play.

We have no deposit hence the reason for a rent to own option. We are wanting to leave Auckland and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the Waipa district.
