Our home in Ngaruawahia is ready to be re -rented mid October. We live in Australia, so long term reliable tennants that pay their rent weekly and on time are needed. It is looking a bit tired inside, my ex husband is going to brighten it up a bit inside before the new tennants move in. It is located in a nice area, with parks, shops and a primary school all within a 1k radius. The section is kiddie safe, and we dont mind animals. Actually there is a house just for a dog as well.
