Family of 3 looking for a rental in waikato, would prefer eastern or southern parts of hamilton or outer districts due to my commuting to waitoa daily but all areas would be cosidered. We have excellent reference from last landlord of 3 yrs, we also have 2 well trained labradors that have lived outside all their lives so somewhere with secure fencing would be ideal also a garage would be handy but not a necessity. Looking for something longterm in a quiet area.
