Hi, My husband, myself and our 15month old daughter are looking for a 3 bedroom home, we are saving to buy our own home, and want to settle down into a house for the next 3-4 years while we save. we take great pride in our home, and treat rentals as our own, in regards to cleanliness and respect. We would prefer Chartwell, Pukete or anywhere sort of over Ham East area, but would consider any hamilton property. We are very quiet, tidy people. Our biggest need is somewhere warm and dry, for a daughter.
