Hello! My name is Sarah; my partner Alex and I are a quiet-living, young working couple, seeking a tidy home, in a nice neighbourhood, for a long term rent. We would consider anything but are interested in a property with the following (if available):
- 2-3 bedrooms
- fully fenced section or half section
- decent kitchen; perferably with dishwasher
- can be residential or rural (would be nice to have a bit of land but not necessary)
- does not need to be furnished, as we have our own household items.
- heat pump or log fire; preferably NOT on gas
- decent room/cupboards for storage
- 1-2 car garaging
- seperate toilet would be nice; not necessary
- No pets / No children / No other flatmates or boarders
- Rent between $180 - $220 per week
We respect other peoples' property, make commitments on time, and are consistent on being clean and tidy.
