Two good friends and myself are searching for a rental property. We are quite, responsible, mature, relaxed, hardworking individuals and very tidy.

We currently reside at a flat conjoined with two other flats, we will feel comfortable with a bigger place. We are friendly, outgoing and do sports in our own time.

We have two adult cats, house trained (will be outdoors during the day). One friend and myself are smokers but smoke outside only (trying to quit).
