Couple looking for somewhere to start raising a family

We are a young couple (24) that are looking for a small and inexpensive property, with 2 bedrooms, but will consider a 1 bedroom, that we can settle into before our first child arrives.

We are both currently working proffesionals, and are quiet, clean, and respectable tenants. We are only looking up to the $250 mark, as its hard enough to save before the baby gets here =)

We need to be within the new plymouth boundary, and are looking to move in asap.
