Hello, we are looking for a modern furnished or semi furnished home for our small family of three (2 adults and a 2 year old). We are able to pay between $300-$450 per week rent. We would like a home with a lawn area (not crucial) with at least 2 bedrooms. We do not own pets and we do not smoke. We have references also..
