I would like a nice area, and have Kelvin Street overlooking Queens Park as my favourite place. Kelvin Street location to Windsor even just feel right, but any other could be fine.
Your home will be extremely well cared for and references including able to see where I am presently renting, (in a two bedroom unit), is paramount.
I am presently living alone and wish to have two nice ladies with me in relatively quiet, safe surroundings in a support capacity.
Id like very much to hear from anyone who wants to have their home rented on a permanant basis to an energetic house proud mum and grandmother of grown up southland sons.
