Family of three need home in Fernbrook Area

We are a family of three two adults and a child looking for at least a 3 bedroom home to rent long term. Must be tidy and Warm and have room in the yard to kick a ball around. We have a cat and hope to get a small dog in the near future. We are very particular people and perfect tennants.
