I am a professional single guy relocating to Dunedin early September for my work. I need a 1 bedroom plus office or 2 bedroom place for long term rental. Unfurnished or partly furnished is OK. I will require offstreet parking for a company car and a garage or undercover lock up area for mountain bike, motorbike and various sports items like golf clubs, skis, windsurfer etc

Must haves:- 1. Single bedroom and office, or two bedrooms 2. Allows a small dog - 3 year old Jack Russell, well trained 3. Office and living areas must be north facing / sunny 4. Garage or lockup shed and some off street parking 5. Up to $300 per week

Like to have... 1. Somewhere attractive and modern 2. Well insulated and warm 3. nice views / harbour views 4. Fully fenced yard for dog
