Professional, mature couple with a house-trained cat. Wanting short-term lease of six months. Very fussy, very tidy and very clean people. Happy to tend to grounds/garden. Need a 2-3 bdrm house with a safe section for the cat (no main road properties please). Prefer Dunedin town suburbs however will also consider something 10-20 mins out of town including Mosgiel. Need to take possession on 25 Feb (or earlier).
