Wanted - we are after a house (not flat or apartment) with a garage and o.s.p.
Me and my partner, both professionals, are relocating to Dunedin from Christchurch on the 17/07/2010, for my new promotion in my job. We are looking for a long term rental, suitable for an infant (8 months) and small dog. We are responsible tenants and always treat the property as if it were our own. We have references for us, who were renting a brand new house in Christchurch and also references for our dog who is well trained with obedience.
