We are a family of 4 wanting a 3/4 bedroom house preferably with heatpump and logburner for January 2011. We are tidy, reliable, responsible working professionals. We have 2 girls, age 13 and 9. We take care of our landlords property as if it's our own, after all we live there! We need a place that is fenced as we have two dogs (curly retriever, crossed with springer spaniel and a Golden Lab, well trained, well behaved and outside dogs, references available) and we have a cat. We would prefer Mosgiel due to location of work for my husband, but Fairfield, Outram and Allanton would also do.
