Married couple, 30s need 3bdrm house . We are home owners ourselves, shifting down from Christchurch for job transfers in Mosgiel and Dunedin, and will be renting our house in Christchurch for this time period while we decide if we want to settle. We are the ideal tennants with steady jobs and income and will treat a property with respect as we expect our own tenants to do. We do require something with a backyard - partially or completely fenced for 2 well-behaved small dogs (spoodles) that are fully-house trained and fixed. The dogs are use to spending the day outside while we are at work and only come inside under our supervision. We also have a cat but she only comes in to be fed. We have our furniture and whiteware but do require adequate heating - log burner, heat pump etc.
We are expecting to shift anytime from middle of August through to end of September.
