I am currently looking for a new home as the house we are renting in Bush Road will be on the market soon. I am 31 years old, and am training in counselling and psychotherapy. I am also a part time musician and play at the cathedral in Dunedin, as well as many other musical groups in the city. My daughter attends St Mary's school in Mosgiel, and we absolutely love the area. I am an extremely tidy and house proud person, I am respectful, and I care very much for the home I am living in. We are looking for something we can call own and a place we will be comfortable. I have a small border collie, who is well trained and a very disciplined dog, and is very loved and a big part of our family. He has never posed any problems whilst renting, and will not do so in the future. I am a reliable and honest tenant. and am looking for something long term. Inner Mosgiel is great, but we are also very open to the semi rural lifestyle. I am looking to pay around $200 - $300 per week.
