We are looking for a 2-3 bedroom property near Dunedin area with preferably:
- 2-3 Bedrooms
- Fenced Section
- Allow an outside (well trained) older Dog
- Allow one Cat (5 years old) very well behaved
- Allow one child (1year old!)
- Garage (for the classic!)
We have excellent references. Currently renting a large lifestyle block and maintaining the immaculate landscaped gardens (so gardening is not a problem) and paddocks. We do not mind renting rurally.
Our dog is very well behaved and we are willing to pay a bigger bond as we have the cat and know that some property owners can worry about pets, just to keep your mind at rest.
