We are looking for great, long term tenants, particularly suited to couple or single person, prefer non smokers (or outside smoking only, including visitors!), no pets.

Our flat is one bedroom, completely newly renovated, new drapes, carpet, with wallheaters in lounge and living room, dishwasher and dryer included. Warm and sunny. It is a downstairs flat, situated in lower Maitland Street, (not on the hill), close to the Oval. No off street parking available, but a gardener maintains the section and cuts the grass. There may also be an option to purchase a reasonably priced washing machine if needed.

There is a lounge/dining area at one end of the flat and larger lounge and the other end. We would love anyone interested to take the trouble to come and see through it, we are sure they will love it! Available now.
