We are looking for space for a 28 ft catameran to store and work on. Preferrably with a house or living area. So weather it is a fabulous house with room for the boat or a workshop and room to sleep, really its all about the boat! We are a working couple looking at all options, at an affordabe price. It would be best situated close-ish to the coast or river/estuary to easily transport the boat as it may be in and out of the water.
