I am looking for a 3+ Bedroom house, Fenced Spacious Flat section. Must also have Garage or Double garage with hopefully a swimming pool (fenced)

Will consider any areas from Hikurangi - Waipu (except Tiki south/East, OT, Raumanga or Onerahi)

Anything considered under $350 per Week. I have 3 children and 1 outside cat and I also do not smoke.
