I am wanting to move from Mangonui to Whangarei, so that I can further my studies, as the course I am wanting to do is not offered here in Kaitaia.

I am currently a HNZ tenant, and have been for almost two years.

I was wanting a 3-4 bedroom house in the Raumanga, Otaika, Morningside, Regent, Kensington area around the $200-300pw mark. Preferably fenced and dogs welcomed.
