I am a mother in my early 20's of 2 young girls age 2 & 4years old, and I am wanting to rent a home long term in Kamo, Tikipunga, Otaika, Morning side or Raumanga with 2 or more bedrooms, fenced if possible... I am currently staying in a home that has just been sold by the landlord and Im needing to move out before 20/04/11...The home I move into will be well looked after, I have references and I can pay up to $280.00pw for rent. ..
