Do you have a 2 to 2+ bedroom house to let for at least a year (guaranteed) for under $250pwk and are looking for great tenants? Or maybe you are seeking house/pet-sitters for that period - people you can trust without reservation?
We are 3 mature, hard-working adults (a couple + 1 single) whose 4th housemate is moving on at the end of April - which is giving us the opportunity to think about staying on in our current tenancy of 4 years, or whether the grass is greener elsewhere. In other words we don't have to move at all, but are open to it if the right place is out there.
So we might as well go for broke and describe our dream rental: not just a house but a home where we can relax and enjoy our surroundings. The lived-in look with character is preferable (well-loved Villas in particular). Semi-rural/rural (10 mins from city limits max) or with a good sized lawn area - flower and/or vege gardens or space for them is a bonus. Garaging or carports please. Of course a view, pool, BBQ area, open fireplace or Kent-type (any or all of them) would be fabulous! But I did say this was our 'dream', we don't expect miracles lol. We are definitely family oriented, totally drug-free, and pretty much the same with alcohol.
We are extremely reliable with rent, very approachable, and would be happiest with a landlord/lady like the one we have now - who is easy to get on with, has repairs done in a timely fashion, and appreicates us and our pets as good tenants. We have three cats and two well-behaved, quiet, farm-animal and people--friendly dogs who all get along very well and none of which has ever caused damage to property or our contents, or caused upsets with neighbours.
