We are a matured couple wanting a house in this area. 2-3 bedrooms with a garage. We have 1 cat very well behaved. We are moving out of our house on April 16th so if we could find something around then. WE have excellent references and have rented before. Looking for Long term as I don't like shifting at all only reason we are in April is landlord is selling the house. Would really like a tidy house as that is the way we keep things once we move in. We both are currently working. We are very quite tenants. Would love to find a house that we can make our own, we do lawns gardens and keep our house presentable as that is the way we are.
