Newly Widowed, semi retired female in my 60's, looking for a 2 bedroom home long term (or 1 bedroom and sun room or more). Just arrived back after living in Australia for 8 years. Have a new Grandson in Golden Bay. No Pets, Non Smoker. Would love an older property with garage (for woodworking) if possible. Love Gardening.
