Any area, any suberb will do Wanting a two plus bedroom home for a professional couple, long term, have our own property that we are renting in the Waikato, will be perfect tenants but do have animals like 90% of New Zealand families. Rural would suit better but will look at anything. Happy to travel up to 30ish minutes to Nelson.
