Two rooms available in central Nelson home

We are an easy-going couple, with a baby on the way. We have a furnished 3-bedroom house in central Nelson with 2 vacant rooms. We are looking for long-term tenant/s to stay with us. Rent is $100 per room, including all bills (internet usage additional).

House is fully furnished, everything you need except sheets. If you have your own furniture, this can be accomodated. Log-burner, bath and shower, wireless broadband. One off-street park available.

Baby due mid-November.
