We need a home!!

I am looking for a home that has either 3 bedrooms and a sleep out OR 4 bedrooms. There are 5 of us, Mum, 2 teenage girls, a 10year old boy and a 3year old girl. I own my own home but have decided to shift so my girls can go to Queen Charlotte College. I will consider anything.
