We URGENTLY require a large family home of 4 or more bedrooms - can pay up to $250-300 per week by family of 8 (2 adults and 3 teens and 3 children includes a three year old toddler). I'm currently in study (Business Management via UCOL ). Tenancy would be for a period of between 8 months to 1 and a half years. We have solid spoken references from a well known Wanganui identity. We have been with current landlady for last 4 and a half years or so (home we are in is far too small due to recent family additions) prior to which with Century 21 (house was sold). Please help as we were to move into another home however the house was not as specified and I had taken the tenancy without having viewed based on landlord's description.
House we are in has been let to another person and our contract ends this coming Friday.
