Young family of 3 needing a cheap reliable home.!

I am in my last year of college, heading to ucol next year, and my partner is a full time worker, and we have a young child. we need a 2 or 3 bedroom home, at a cheap price, highest we can go is $160 for a 2 bedroom or $200 for a 3 bedroom. Would prefer to live in gonville, springvale area, but would negotiate, would like to live in a country type house out kai iwi or okoia if possible.
