Couple searching for 1-2 bedroom house/unit

We are seeking a rental hopefully somewhere central but we do not mind if its a bit far out. We are both full-time workers, would like a place with off street parking and maybe the possibility of pets but we do not mind as we currently do not have any. We are looking for long-term. We are hoping to move in within the next 2 months.
