We are relocating from Canterbury early February and are on the look out for a 2-3 bedroom rental property for ourselves somewhere around Palmerston North. Not to fussy on location so long as it is commutable to the CBD. Rural property would be wonderful.
We have two cats and clean house trained dog, who is kennelled if we are ever not home. We are very tidy people, who have our own rental properties and so treat a property as we would want our own treated. We enjoy gardening.
Happy to pay a "pet bond" and commerically clean carpets when we move out.
