We are looking for a 3-4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, house with a super large garden or similar ( few acres ok) in the Manawatu area. We are a mature couple with no children at home. Looking for a very stable long term tenancy starting early January 2011
Prepared to do some redecorating etc. if the property and price is right. Looking in the $250-$300per week range but prepared to consider other.
Prefer a place that does not have gas heating for health reasons.
Peace and privacy are important to us so we would prefer a somewhat rural situation.
