Wanted to rent: 2 or 3 bedroom house to rent by small family

My partner and I are looking for a warm 2-3 bedroom house to rent in Napier for us and our soon to be 3 year old daughter. The property would need to be fenced (at least back yard) and have enough room for a swing and small sand pit. Ideally we are looking for a 3 bedroom house otherwise 2 bedrooms with a garage. We are very trust worthy, house proud tenants and have fantastic references. Can pay $250-$270 per week.
