Hello, we are a local working family of 3 adults and 3 kids. We are desperately seeking a new rental as the one we are currently in has just sold. We would prefer a house with a garage and fireplace. However, we will consider anything at this stage as the new owners of our current rental take vacant possession on the 21 Dec. We are excellent tenants with excellent references and are willing to pay up to $300 per week. We have 2 house trained cats. All other areas would also be considered.
