We are a professional couple fairly new to Gisborne; currently renting, but looking for something that feels more like a home, with a good sized yard. We would be happy near any of the beaches in town, or Wainui, Okitu or Makarori - but equally would be happy in a country setting ..(max 10 mins drive away from town). We do have a small dog, she is crate trained and has never caused any problems where we are now and we would really love to bring her with us!

We are very careful tenants and are willing to pay up to $320 pw to find the right house.
