Long term rental for professional couple

We are looking for a 2 - 3 bedroom property in Queenstown/Fernhill area for a long term rental (minimum 12 months), we are currently located in Kingston and wanting to relocate into town.

Would prefer a house with a well equipped and good sized kitchen, with white ware included (Fridge/Washing Machine) and with views.

Our price range is $250 - $350 per week

We don't have pets, and are non-smokers.
