Would prefer a heat pump heated house, log burners are ok but not preferred. If logburner a seperate fire wood shelter from the garage must be provided. Prefer double glazing. Require a bath. Shower over bath is acceptable. outdoor clothesline required. Must have room for a big refigerator in kitchen. Will mow lawns and provide own lawn mower. Sheds and storage spaces must be empty, no landlords junk (incl boats) Looking for very long term rental agreement. Min 2 years or more. Expect discounted rate for long term agreement.
