Looking for a 3 Bedroom House to Rent - Must have a fire

I am looking for a house to Rent in the Kaiapoi area that has a fire. I have a wee boy aged 3 and a wee girl aged 1. My wee boy suffers from really bad asthma and the house i am currently in only has a heatpump which seems to effect it. I am a really reliable tentant and can obtain references and also own a house i rent out so know the importance of having reliable tenants.
