Family home needed for beginning of 2012 school year

Professional family - one child - moving into Timaru. We need a 3 bedroom house up to $250 per week - will consider central suburbs out to Gleniti. A farm cottage would also work if relatively close to TImaru. We have a small family dog who is house trained and comes with references :-). so ideally the property would be well fenced.
