Need a new home asap

Full time working solo dad with a cat, needs a small fully fenced 2 bedroom house with a garage...prefer round Linwood area. Not in to noisy neighbors as i am a quiet person. I dont drink, do smoke..but only outside. I have a 3 year old daughter who needs somewhere to ride her bike. I do gardening, and the odd home maintenance as needed. Cat is fully house trained.
