We are a mature married couple (mid 40's) looking for a quiet, private house to rent in Te Puke. Up to $250 p/w. Clean, responsible long term tenants. Have reference from previous landlord of 4 years. We are self employed & run an IT business from home. Would be willing to consider a nice quiet "private" little place in town - or a place on the outskirts of town with a grazing paddock. Must be under 10 mins to town as we do require quick reliable internet and courier services etc for our business. We are outdoor smokers and we have a couple of mature, house trained cats.
