I'm wishing to move to Te Puke as soon as possible. Looking for a house with its own yard, a flat under a house or a cottage or cabin on someone's property. Any number of bedrooms is fine. I'm single, mid-thirties, very tidy and a non-smoker. I need some form of yard or fenced area as I have a small dog who is house-trained. Have excellent references from past tenancies and I can provide excellent character references. Am financially stable, like to pay my rent four weeks in advance.
