I am an HR Manager in a kiwifruit packhouse and I work long hours so I am looking for a place in the country to rent that will give me a quiet and peaceful life. My 23 year old son and his very well behaved dog are currently living with me so must be "dog friendly" - happy to pay a "dog bond". My son will be attending polytech/university so he also wants somewhere quiet. Would prefer a house that allows us to have our own space - semi or self contained option or upstairs/downstairs situation or something a little spread out in design. I am looking for a long term rental in the countryside around Te Puke, Papamoa Hills or Welcome Bay. We do not smoke, we are not into parties, and we would take great pride and pleasure in being your tenants. Rental, work, and personal references available.
