3+ bedroomed house wanted to up to 12 months

Careful Pom family of 4 require a 3+ bedroom nice modern house (inside at least) for 9 to 12 months as we build. Children are 9 and 12 so past the age that they will wreck the place. We also have 2 small whippets (like little greyhounds) who are short coated and non smelly. They are 9 and 4 so also past the age of wrecking! if you want to inspect our house before so you can evaluate us then feel free. Also we are happy to put up extra bond and to have the carpet cleaned after if that helps.
